Some of the refereeing decisions that went against Kotoko this season, I believe if it was at the Baba Yara Stadium, the fear of God will be in some people. We all know that home advantage plays a key role in our football.
If we had played at the Baba Yara Stadium, we would’ve won this league with 10 points gap because, at some point, we were leading Hearts Of Oak with 4 pts but we thank God we didn’t disgrace ourselves, considering all the disadvantages.
“Fabio Gama got criticisms before he even joined the team and at the end, what are they saying? Gama himself got worried about the criticisms.”
Nana Yaw Amponsah and his management are not beyond criticism but let it be informed and constructive.
I am not worried when people refer to me as “that small boy” because age is not synonymous with experience. Now, who is a small boy? People always refer to me as “Boy no”. I have been doing football for 16 years and you think I’m a boy?
I often say that the old age of Methuselah has nothing to do with the miracles of Jesus Christ. So, I am not bothered about those who refer to my young age when it comes to discussions
It is the dream of the Nana Yaw Amponsah management team to lay a solid foundation for the team so that management after us can be built on effectively.
In all, Kotoko has done well considering all the challenges because if it were some teams, they would be battling relegation.[Credit: Happy 98.9 FM]
